This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy (the “Health Privacy Policy”) supplements our Privacy Policy and describes how WPE Digital, Inc., including its affiliates and subsidiaries, (“WPE Digital” “we” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of Consumer Health Data. This Health Privacy Policy describes how we collect and process Consumer Health Data and applies to Consumer Health Data collected from residents of Nevada and Washington.

We refer to the Sites, our services, and our interactions with you collectively as the “Services” in this Health Privacy Policy.

How We Use Your Consumer Health Data

We may use Consumer Health Data for the following purposes:

  • Provide the Services. We may use your Consumer Health Data to provide the Services, prepare and send you personalized reports with your online self-reported health assessment results, respond to your questions and comments, and send you information about the Services. 
  • Build and maintain our relationship with you.  We may use your Consumer Health Data to improve your experience with our Services, send you informational newsletters about the Services in which you enrolled, and obtain and respond to your feedback, questions, and comments.  We may also draw inferences from the Consumer Health Data we receive about you, such as information about your preferences, characteristics, and interest in our Services. 
  • Improve the Services. We may use your Consumer Health Data, including by processing such information through machine learning, artificial intelligence, or other similar technology, to: facilitate, improve, and enhance the Services; assess user engagement with the Services; perform market research and analysis; analyze how the Services are being used and accessed; improve the functionality of the Sites and your user experience; conduct quality assurance activities; perform internal business reviews; and develop new Services. 
  • Maintain the Security of the Sites.  We may use your Consumer Health Data to maintain the security and integrity of the Sites, detect security incidents, protect the Sites against fraudulent and illegal activity, and enforce our terms of use.

Nevada and Washington residents have certain rights regarding their Consumer Health Data, subject to certain legal limitations:

  • Right to Access. You have the right to confirm whether we process your Consumer Health Data and to obtain information about how we process that data.
  • Right to Delete. You have the right to request that we delete your Consumer Health Data.
  • Right to Withdraw Consent. If you provided consent for our processing of your Consumer Health Data, you may have the right to withdraw that consent.
  • Right to Change. You have the right to ask that we change the Consumer Health Data that we collect.
